  • Welcome!

    I wish I could start by telling you that photography has been my dream and some cute story about my very first camera, but honestly growing up my dream was to be a MOM. I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a Mom, I wanted a dozen children or more! And while the dozen part has changed, the dream of being a MOM has not, that is my greatest joy. I have 3 beautiful children that bring me such happiness and leave me speechless and amazed. I have twins that are 7 and a very active 2 year old! It was through my first love that I found my second love. As a mom I loved taking my children to get their pictures taken and after my third baby was born I decided to see what I could do with a "good" camera so I picked up my first DSLR camera in May of 2010 and fell in love with the art of photography!

    Besides loving my children and photography a couple of other things about me are.....I LOVE my family and live next door to my brother and my parents and I am secretly hoping that my children also build a house on "the family compound" when they grow up, I am a diet coke addict and eat way to many sweets in a day, I shop too much and save too little, I believe in dreaming big and living each day to the fullest, I have known the heartache of losing a child and the joy of God's miracles first hand, I love girls nights out as well as quiet nights in with my family, If I can find a good book I lose myself in it and then miss my new friends when its over, and I am completely happy with where my life has been and where it is going!

Meet Quinn Eloise {Columbus Ohio, Newborn Photographer}

I met this family a little over a year ago when they were expecting a sweet little princess in their lives, unfortunately Sophia joined them as a little angel. Their forth daughter was so beautiful and little and called to be with God too soon, my heart ached for them knowing exactly what they were going through and I prayed for their healing heats often.  Then one day in the fall I was shopping in Old Navy and got a call from Andrea to schedule for another newborn session, a February baby! And finally the sweet little Quinn Eloise arrived a little bug at under 5 pounds, but healthy and perfect in every way. Congratulations Keaton family on your beautiful new baby girl, perfectly picked for you by her big sister Sophia.

Ooppps, I did it again! Sorry for the missed days, I caught a little bug and have been a little under the weather. But today is sure to make up for it, for my picture tells a very funny story. I don’t know how many of you have kids or are around them much, but I LOVE the things that they come up with and their reasoning behind it. If only life were as simple and straight forward as it is in a kids mind.

On the way home from dance class tonight Mason looked out the window and saw a full moon which for some reason he was REALLY excited about and wanted me to pull over just so I could see it……as if it were going to disappear before we got home! Well the moon must have got Madyson thinking and she said “Mom, if all the wolves died off and went extinguished would there be no more moon?” I said “No, there would still be a moon. Why do you ask that?” She said matter of factly “Well the moon is for the wolves to howl at and if there were no more wolves then why would the moon need to be out? What if someone blew up the moon would that kill all the wolves? They wouldn’t have anything left to live for.” I love her, it’s a good thing she’s cute!

So when we got home I took her picture holding the moon as best I could to always remember the wolf and the moon story, I will want to remind her and her kids of it one day and this will be a great way to remember it when I am old and forgetful.

BIG day in the Kinter house today…………Myleigh peed on the potty and Mommy did a happy dance!! It was after dinner and she took her clothes off and drug me to the bathroom, she has done this before so I didn’t think much of it since she has NEVER gone potty in the potty before, but this time she peed! So of course I did a happy pee pee in the potty dance (don’t laugh, it was pretty good) and because of my awesome dance she continued to hop on the potty for the next hour and squeezed out pee everytime!! Sorry to those of you who are not parents and find the excitement and blogging over pee a little disgusting, all I have to say is sorry and don’t read the blog next time it says Another BIG day because it may be about her pooping in the potty!

I had some of her smiling too but she was all naked and I thought she should have a shirt on at least, but she wasn’t wanting one on so she then quit smiling.
